tangy broccoli salad


1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
6 tablespoons sugar
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sunflower seeds


  1. in a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
  2. add broccoli, onion, cheese and sunflower seeds.
  3. mix well, chill and serve.
