orange-pomegranate cider


7 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups 100% orange juice
1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
orange slices


  1. in a large saucepan combine cider, orange juice, pomegranate juice, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and cloves.
  2. place over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer; cook 30 minutes.
  3. remove cinnamon sticks.
  4. ladle into clear glass mugs and garnish with orange slices.
  5. serve hot.
