chocolate-marshmallow fluff squares


8 whole cinnamon graham crackers
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons marshmallow crème
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped peanuts


  1. break each graham cracker in half to make 16 squares.
  2. spread each of 8 squares with 1 rounded teaspoon peanut butter.
  3. spread each of the remaining 8 squares with 1 teaspoon rounded marshmallow cream.
  4. press the two squares together to form sandwiches; place on a wax-paper lined baking sheet.
  5. drizzle the melted chocolate over each sandwich in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with the peanuts.
  6. freeze until the chocolate is partially set, about 10 minutes.
